M A L rubberised coir mattresses and sheets are produced out of 100 % Coconut Fibre and out of  100 % Natural Latex, without adding any foreign materials or waste.

The Coconut Omat Ropes are machine-opened and sprayed with natural Latex.These coconut fleeces are placed in layers, compressed and vulcanised. Through this procedure, a firm and lasting product with excellent resilient properties is obtained. The high-quality products, being permeable to air and possessing natural breathing-properties, will not give rise to allergic reactions.

The rubberised coir sheets are produced from 2,5 cm thickness up to 30 cm thickness. The hardnesses depends on the application of the material, we produce from 40 kg/cbm up to 150 kg/cbm.
