The MAL Group was selected by GTZ Eschborn, Germany due to the company philosophy to be assisted under the PPP program. This program was successfully completed end of 2002.

During this program we have had several latex foam experts from Europe who visited our factory to bring the staff as well as we had few German technicians and chemists stationed in Sri Lanka, who assisted us to develop our products, management systems, quality assurance systems etc.

During this period we have started a series of seminars and workshops for the middle management of the rubber industry. This program is still conducted by the local experts and several companies are participating.

We take this opportunity to thank GTZ for assisting us and for the rubber industry in the Homagama District.
